Portals to Sand Hill can be found in Moonlight Tomb, Burning Hills, and Sea of Greed. Many have considered it easier and faster to go through the Burning Hills portal. The maps for the above three areas have not been updated yet to include the Sand Hill portal so you will have to go into the game and look for the portal yourself. Sorry for the inconvenience.
