Player vs. Player (PvP)
From Fiesta Online Wikia
Player vs Player, or PvP, is an event where players fight each other in a certain area of a game's map. In Fiesta, PvP exists in certain maps. These maps are called BattleZones and players can go there by having a BattleZone gatekeeper teleport them there. Fiesta has battlezones that contain specific level limits. For instance, in Roumen, its battlezone hosts players that are low level. If you are too high of a level, the Gatekeeper will not let you teleport. Other maps will have battlezones that are for higher level players.

Important Notes:
- Experience is NOT gained in PvP. PvP was designed to show how good players are against each other.
- Items are only attained via drops in high-level battlegrounds.
- If you die, you will be spawned back to the beginning of the BattleZone map where you came in from.
- There's a minigame getting PvP titles, being one of the reasons people do PvP.
- Anything goes so be prepared....players can hit you from anywhere.
According to CL_Serric:
"The game does support PVP in certain areas only or in certain events. Battle Zones are scattered around the maps for specific levels – they are pretty much an extended version of the map, complete with mobs, farms, etc. but any player can openly attack another player without just cause in the Battle Zone. The other PVP event is a Guild War. Unlike the Battle Zone, any guild currently engaged in a war can attack members of the enemy guild throughout Isya. Guild Wars have certain policies and procedures which must be followed (as opposed to the Battle Zone where pretty much anything goes) but basically, if you are in a warring guild you must accept the possibility you can be warred, and killed any place at any time."
