[edit] Step 1:
Register an Account
In order to play Fiesta, you must first register an account. To do this, you must go to http://register.outspark.com/fiesta and fill out the form. Once you have completed this and submitted it, you will then have to wait for a confirmation email. Once your email has been verified, you can use your username or email address and password to log into Fiesta.

Downloading the game
Once your account information is ready to go, you can then download Fiesta on to your computer. To do this, you must go to http://fiesta.outspark.com/support/?view=download and click on the Download button. Before you do this, please be sure to check the System Requirements and see if you computer is able to play Fiesta.

Installing the client
Once you have downloaded the file, you will then be able to install it. Basically all you have to do is open up the file, agree with the license agreement (be sure to read through it), select the components that will be installed on to your computer, and click Install. Once the client has been successfully installed to your computer, you will then be able to play the game.
