From Fiesta Online Wikia

As popular as the Kingdom Quest is, it is often hard for beginners to figure out how to participate in it. I've seen so many players run around asking desperately how to join in. I will now reveal to you all how to join a Kingdom Quest in this detailed guide.

Image:kq_hourglass.png

First, go to the hourglass that is next to your map. The hourglass is the circle icon at the bottom. Click on it.

Image:on_schedule.png

A Kingdom Quest menu pops up. Click on the My List tab and it will show you a list of all the Kingdom Quests that are eligible to do. Clicking on the All tab will show you every single Kingdom Quest available in Fiesta. Once you are in the My List tab, scroll to the very bottom of the list till you see the last Kingdom Quest. Click the last Kingdom Quest and in the bottom half of the menu, you will see the Kingdom Quest's information. Look at the Current Time and compare it with the time that shows on the last Kingdom Quest. For instance, if the Current Time was 22:55. You would have 5 minutes till King Slime's Counterattack [A] started it's Recruit Time. Keep track of the Kingdom Quest's Recruit Time and the Current Time.

Image:recruiting_participate.png

This image is sort of blurry but you can still see what it says. Now, the Current Time shows 23:00 and as you can see, that's when the last Kingdom Quest on the list starts its Recruit Time. Once it starts its Recruit Time, its Status will go from "On Schedule" to "Recruiting". Here's where you gotta be fast. You remember from the last step where I said you had to keep track of the Current Time and the Kingdom Quest's Recruiting Time? Well, as soon as the last Kingdom Quest hits Recruiting Status and the "Recruitment for Kingdom Quest" messages appear on the lower right-hand side, click repeatedly on the Participate button at the bottom left-hand corner of the Kingdom Quest menu. Yes, to some people it will say "Cannot find Kingdom Quest". You have to click on the Participate button repeatedly. Before the amount of Participants hits 15 (Kingdom Quest limit), you have to quickly press Participate as fast as you can so you can get in. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until the next group of Kingdom Quest starts recruiting. In this case, the next group would be King Slime's Counterattack [B].

Image:successful_participation.png

Well now, you might ask "how exactly do we know if we got in or not?" Here's your answer: a "Successfully participated in the Kingdom Quest" message pops up in the lower right-hand corner where the Kingdom Quest Recruitment messages appeared. When this message pops up, the game will make a little noise signaling that you've made it in, Congrats!

Image:kq_countdown.png

Well, now that you know you've made it in, what happens? When the number of Participants hits 15, the countdown to the start of the Kingdom Quest will appear....10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4,....

TELEPORT! Don't touch anything as the Kingdom Quest teleport map will appear. In a moment, you will appear in the Kingdom Quest.

Image:kq_party.png

Well, just like the other big image, this one's a bit blurry. We can still see what's going on. When you see yourself in the Kingdom Quest, the NPCs will start talking and you will see their faces popup in the lower right-hand corner. In the meantime, try to get yourself into a party as fast as you can. Either right-click on a player and invite them or let someone invite you. How to invite a player to a party? Click on them. Their image and health status will appear at the top part of your screen (look at the picture above). Right click their image and click Party Invite. An invitation will be sent to them. If a player sends an invitation to you, a popup will appear on your screen asking you if you want to accept the invitation. Here's the thing, you gotta make yourself known that you want to be in a party. I mean, players will start saying "Invite plz!!! lvl 13 cleric!!!" So you gotta make yourself known. Once you get into a party (maximum of 5 people including yourself), start going after the monsters (follow the map's route). Everyone will start attacking the monsters and the clerics will start healing.

The goal of a Kingdom Quest is to defeat all the monsters that are in your path to the pass. Once you do that, you, along with everyone else, will have to take down the boss and its apprentices, if it has any. Here's how a fighting formation is like when fighting a boss:

Tankers (players with highest hp, usually fighters/warriors) = up front

Clerics = in middle and a few in back just in case the boss's apprentices start spreading out

Mages and Archers = in back because their attacks can hit from long distance.

Clerics do nothing but heal the tankers and themselves if they get injured. Tankers do nothing but fight face-to-face with the boss and hope they get healed by the clerics. Mages and Archers generally stand there and help the tankers defeat the boss.

This is what happens when you win:

Yes, it's blurry but you get the point. Everyone's tired but jubilant and you will be teleported back to the nearest town in 30 seconds.

That's it. Enjoy the Kingdom Quest! For more detailed information on it, go to the Quest Database.
